In the interests of full transparency about what I know and where I learned it, here’s my credentials!
I started with the Herbal Academy of New England (now the Herbal Academy), doing their Introductory, Intermediate, and Entreprenuer programs, along with their Herbal Fermentation and Botanical Skin Care courses. I did Medicine Making and the Herbal Immersion Program through Chesnut School of Herbal Medicine. I also learned about flower essences through One Willow Apothecary’s Intuitive Plant Medicine program. I’m always trying to learn more and I’m currently in the Wonder Sessions to develop further my intuitive relationship with plants.
I completed the Culinary Nutrition program through the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. I learned about recipe development, meal planning and how to help encourage healing through food and nutrition! I also learned about Fermentation methods & benefits.
I completed levels 1 & 2 of Reiki in-person locally and also did a lot of additional training in other energy healing styles online! I love taking courses because there’s always something new to learn. I also belong to the International Reiki Association.
I love different ways of healing and working with energy! I’ve studied Chakras/energy centres, Crystal Healing, and Spirit Clearing and Protection.
